2. GENERAL TERMS OF USE
The access and/or use of the site MULTICORRIENTE requires that all the visitors to the same one adhere to the Terms and conditions, accepting them, since that moment, fully and without any reserve, as well as in their case, the Private Terms that in the future can complement them, to substitute them or to modify them in some way in relation to the services and contents of the Portal. By the only fact to enter and to make use of this site, you (the "User") adhere immediately to all and each one of the following Terms and Conditions. As a consequence, the User should read thorough all the Terms and Conditions as well as the particular Conditions, that could be issued, before agreeing and/or to use any service of the Site under their entire responsibility. The USER can access, print, download and keep the General Terms of Use in every moment. These Terms will be permanently accessible on the website through the link "General Terms of Use". MULTICORRIENTE reserves the possibility to modify without previous advice, the design, presentation and/or configuration of this website, as well as some or all the services, and to add new services. In any case, MULTICORRIENTE reserves the right of, at any moment and without need of previous advice, to deny the access to this site to those users that break any of these general terms or the particulars that apply to them.

2,1. Objective
The present General Terms of Use regulate the access and the use of the Site www.multicorriente.com.ar

The purpose of this Site is to create a space where the artists of the different disciplines of the entire world can publish and share their works with other users interested in the art.
The following services are offered to the USER that is registered through the registration form at the website:
-To insert their work in MULTICORRIENTE.
-To vote and to value the works whose authors have consented their valuation
-To do critics and comments of the works of other artists
-To inform the other users on their exhibitions
-To participate in the forum that MULTICORRIENTE offers to its Users.
MULTICORRIENTE will only facilitate the other users the data and/or information of the USER when these data and/or information are not against legal dispositions or the present General Terms of Use.
MULTICORRIENTE will be able to eliminate illegal contents from the website without previous advice.
The USER recognizes that technically he is not possible to achieve availability of the website www.multicorriente.com.ar to the 100%. Nevertheless, MULTICORRIENTE will endeavor for maintaining the website available as constant as possible. Especially by reasons of maintenance, security or capacity, as well as reasons or events on which MULTICORRIENTE has no influence (for example anomalies of public networks of communication, power outages, etc.) can produce brief anomalies or the eventual outage of the website services.

2,2. User’s Obligations
The USER compromises to do a diligent use of the site and of the available services from this website, with total subject to the Law, to the good customs and to the present General Terms of Use and, in each case, particular terms, as well as maintaining the due respect to the other users. The provision of the services requires the previous subscription or registration of the users, selecting the identifier (ID or login) and the password that the user compromises to conserve and to use with the due diligence. The use of the password is personal and not transferable, not being allowed the transfer, not even temporary, to third parties. In such sense, the User should adopt the necessary security measures on the password selected, avoiding the use of the same by third parties. Consequently, the User is the only responsible of the use of his password, with complete indemnity for MULTICORRIENTE. In the event that the User knows or suspects the use of his password by third parties he should put such circumstance in knowledge of MULTICORRIENTE as soon as possible. To these effects, the User responds for the authenticity of all the data reported as a consequence of the filling of the necessary forms for the subscription of the Services. Equally, it will be responsibility of the User to maintain all the provided information to MULTICORRIENTE always brought up to date so that respond, in every single moment to the real situation of the User. In every case the User will be the only responsible of the false or inexact statements provided and of the damages that cause to MULTICORRIENTE or to third parties by the information that he facilitates. The User is bound to respect the applicable laws and the third party rights when using the contents and services of the website. It is also forbidden to reproduce, distribute, transmit, adjust or modify, by any source and in any way, the contents of the website (texts, designs, graphic, information, databases, sound and/or image’s files, logos, etc.) and other elements of this website, except prior authorization of his legitimate holders or when it is allowed by the law. • To Block, overwrite, modify or copy, unless it is necessary for the correct use of the services in the websites. For example, the copy by using search engine technologies as "Robot/Crawler" is not necessary for the correct use of the services of the website, so it is forbidden explicitly.
• To spread and to reproduce in public, contents of the website of MULTICORRIENTE or of other users, without the prior authorization.
• Any suitable action to damage the functionality of the infrastructure of MULTICORRIENTE, especially to overload it.
• To use any of the materials and contents available in this website with illicit purposes and explicitly forbidden in the present General Terms of Use, as well as in the particular items that, in each case apply, that are contrary to the rights and interests of MULTICORRIENTE, its members and/or third parties, and should respond against them in case they contravene or break these obligations and/or in anyway (It includes the introduction or diffusion of "computer virus"), damage, render useless, overload, deteriorate or inhibit the normal use of the materials and information available in the website, the systems of information or the documents, files and all types of contents stored in any data processing team (hacking) of MULTICORRIENTE, of its members or of any user.
The user is conscious of, and he accepts voluntarily, that the use of the service takes place, in every case, under its unique and exclusive responsibility. The User will respond of the damages and injuries of every nature that MULTICORRIENTE can suffer as a result of the breach of any of the obligations subject of these "General Terms of Use" or of the law in relation to the use of the Service. The User compromises not to exhibit illegal works in the Site. The User compromises to facilitate to MULTICORRIENTE the warnings and necessary information related to his works, and to comply with all the laws and applicable dispositions in relation to the exhibition and publication of the works in the Site. Once registration process is accomplished, the User will have access to the services listed in the point 2,1 of the present General Terms of Use.

2,3. Artistic works facilitated by the users of MULTICORRIENTE
Through facilitation of artistic works in the Site www.multicorriente.com.ar the user declares as legitimate holder of the rights of intellectual and industry property of the work for the reproduction, distribution and public communication through any electronic source, mainly Internet and e-mail, for everyone with unlimited time. In this sense, the USER declares to be legitimate holder of the works inserted with sufficient rights for the upload of the works in the Site of MULTICORRIENTE. MULTICORRIENTE does not allow the upload of contents that deteriorate the quality of the service. It is forbidden the upload of contents that:
• Be presumed illicit by the national, common or international regulation or that they carry out presumed illicit activities or they contravene the principles of the good faith.
• Do not accomplish the parameters of quality established in MULTICORRIENTE.
• Attempted against the fundamental rights of the people, they can seek the weakness of the user, they lack to the courtesy in the network, they bother or they can generate negative opinions in our users or third parties. Specifically and without limitation mode: any of the third party legal rights; those that favor or they promote the creation, maintenance and promotion of business related to the pornography, obscene material or management of erotic contacts; or any another content related; and in general any contents that MULTICORRIENTE consider not appropriate for the users and, especially, for the minors.

The use of the service should come conditioned and subject to acceptance of the General Terms of Use of the Forum Service that are collected in the Legal Terms of MULTICORRIENTE.

3,1. General terms of use of the Forum service and its acceptance
The present General Terms of Use of the Forum Service (hereafter, "the Terms of use of the forum") regulate the Forum’s service delivery on behalf of MULTICORRIENTE as well as the terms of acceptance and use of the Forum service by their Users. The use of this service comes conditioned, with the exception of the forum of health, by previous filling of the registration form of the Forum service of the website www.multicorriente.com.ar. as well as being subject to acceptance of the Legal Terms. Thus, the use of some of the services give the condition of user (from now on, the "User") of the Forum service and express the full acceptance and without reserves on behalf of the User of all and each one of the terms in the version published by MULTICORRIENTE at the exact moment in which the User access to the service. 3,2. Objective and Description of the Service
The objective of these Terms is the delivery of the Forum service through Internet. The Users, for free and subject to validation of the username and password previously assigned, can exchange, access, respond to messages and, in general, maintain conversations with other Users of the service to give opinions and to exchange impressions about the data, activities, services contents in www.multicorriente.com.ar or to the ones that can be accessed through it, as well as to related matters of MULTICORRIENTE.

3,3. Access to the Forum Service
The access to the service will be carried out through an username and a password or personal key not transferable that will be completed by the User and generated by MULTICORRIENTE who will communicate the authorization to the User by mail once the form of registration is received. The User assumes the consequences by the breaking of the confidentiality and wrong use of the keys and access codes. The USER will not be able to select as Username or "name to show", words, expressions or joint graphic-defined as rude, abusive, coincident with brand, business names, signs of establishments, social names, advertising expressions, sexual expressions, names and nicknames of public or famous characters for whose use he is not authorized and, in general, against the law or the moral and decency generally accepted. The Site reserves the right to cancel or to suspend those Usernames that result to be contrary to the defined previously. Free access to this Service is allowed to the people of more or exactly eighteen years old. F. Lead or may lead to an unacceptable state of anxiety or fear;
G. Lead or encourage to be involved in dangerous practices, of risk or harmful for the health and the psychic balance;
H. Be false, ambiguous, inexact, exaggerated or extemporaneous, so that they can induce to error on their objective or on the intentions or purposes of who communicates;
I. Break the third party business secrets;
J. Be against to the right to the honor, family and personal privacy or to the own people’s image.
K. Encourage others to break these Terms, the General Terms of Use of the website, and other Legal Terms in the website www.multicorriente.com.ar
L. Published themselves with the intention to cause to pass for members of the MULTICORRIENTE team or by another user through the use of similar identification or through any another method or device.
M. Are used for commercial, advertising or illicit reason; as well as for the trash mail broadcast, Spam, chains or massive distribution of unsolicited messages.
N. Break the regulation on communication’s secret.
O. Cause difficulties in the normal operation of the Service for its characteristics (such as format, extension, etc.);

On its side, MULTICORRIENTE reserves the right to withdraw and/or to suspend any User of the services by the breach of the arranged in the Legal Terms, as well as to eliminate, to withdraw and/or to suspend any message that incorporate information of the previous mentioned characteristics in the letters A to Q, and even when they have not stated in the same, without need of previous advise or subsequent notification.

3,5. Exemption of liability
The messages and contents declared by the Users in the enabled Forum in this website are only the opinion of the senders and its content is unique and exclusively responsibility of them. MULTICORRIENTE is not responsible, in any case, for the messages sent by their Users and likewise excludes any responsibility for the damages and injuries of any nature that may come from the knowledge that third parties may have of the terms, characteristic and circumstances of the use of the service from the Users that may happen due to the interception, elimination, change or manipulation of third parties, authorized or not, of the messages that the Users send or they make available to third party through the service of Forum. MULTICORRIENTE does not hold liability and excludes any responsibility for the damages and injuries of any nature in the use of the service or that come from the lack of truth, up to date, thoroughness and/or authenticity of the information that the users provide to other users about themselves and, particularly, although not for exclusion, by the damages and injuries of any nature that may come from the displace of the personality of a third performed by an user in any kind of communication carried out through the service. MULTICORRIENTE does not guarantee the availability, continuity neither the never-failing of the operation of the service, and consequently excludes, as far as legally possible, any responsibility by the damages and injuries of any nature that due to the lack of availability or of continuity of the operation of the website and of the enabled services in the site, as well as to the errors in the access to the different web pages, or those that provide the mentioned services.

3,6. Personal data
As it is indicated in the section 1 of these Terms of the Forum service, the access and the use of the Forum are subject to the acceptance of these General Terms of Use of the Forum Service. MULTICORRIENTE guarantees its Users that will use the data within the guidelines established by the Law 25,326 of Protection of the Personal Data.

In the event that the data is required for the legal, administrative or judicial corresponding way, MULTICORRIENTE will be seen compelled to reveal the same to the applicant authority. As far as the law and norms of procedure allow it, MULTICORRIENTE will inform the Users on these requests.

Likewise, the user consents explicitly that the opinions given in the forums of MULTICORRIENTE are found and accessible through the Internet search engines. The Users guarantee the truth, accuracy, up to date and authenticity of the Personal Data provided, and they compromise to maintain them properly brought up to date.

3,7. Security Measures
Considering that the measures of security on the Internet are not impregnable, with regards to the privacy and security of the use of the forums Service, MULTICORRIENTE does not guarantee that third parties, authorized or not, can have knowledge of the type, conditions, characteristic and circumstances of the use that the Users do of the service or that can do and, in that case, to access, intercept, eliminate, alter, modify or manipulate the messages and communications of any type that the Users spread or put available to third party through these services.

MULTICORRIENTE authorizes the registered user in the service the use of the rights of copyright and industrial property relating to the software that allows the execution of the service delivery only to use them according to the hereby. MULTICORRIENTE does not grant any other license or authorization of use of any type on his rights of copyright and industrial property or on any another property or right related to the service of Forum of this website or on the contents in the Declaration of rights of Copyright and Industry at the website www.multicorriente.com.ar that the user will be able to find in the Legal Terms of MULTICORRIENTE.

The present Terms are governed in all and each one of their contents by the Argentina’s law. The Users can remit suggestions or proposals for the improvement of the different information, activities and/or available services on the website, by sending them to the User Services of MULTICORRIENTE, www.info@multicorriente.com.ar MULTICORRIENTE recommends the user to print the Terms of the Forum service hereby provided and keep them on your records.

4. INCLUSION OF BANNERS AND/OR MICROSITES

4,1 Objective
All the services of inclusion of Banners and/or micro sites, facilitated will be used only with lawful end. It is forbidden the broadcast through links, or presentation of any information, data or material that violate some local, state or federal law of the Argentina Republic. That includes, without excluding other: copyright, obscene material, or that attempts against the moral and decency, material protected by the commercial secret and other legal statutes. Anyone who includes banners, buttons or link assumes total responsibility and to run with all the expenses and to compensate us for any claim resulting of an use of our services that cause damages to whom includes it, to the User or to any another part. • Disgusting contents or forums with inappropriate themes.
• Political or ideologies that can promote false ideals and/or that can affect the social peace of any country.
MULTICORRIENTE will evaluate the information published and determined if constitutes a violation of these principles.

4,3. Campaigns on politics or non politics causes:
Regarding political campaigns, Governmental or not Governmental Institutions, Foundations, or political or apolitical movements referring to causes that could be controversial, etc. MULTICORRIENTE will evaluate the particular message contained in the Banner or micro site, that means that in these cases the argument should not be developed in the banner or micro site but to invite to visit the institution website, through the corresponding link, where they will be able to develop the subject matter and argument of the case, without any restriction from us. That means that the review for these cases is carried out exclusively in Banners and micro sites that are included in our websites network.

4,4. Exemption from liabilities
MULTICORRIENTE will not be responsible for any damage caused by the services we provide, and do not give guarantee of any type on any direct or indirect injury caused by the services that we provide. You are responsible for the use of our services, and the damages that it could cause to others.
