Christmas is arriving

The film that is expected to be released in November had a pre-advance in the French city of Cannes. Despite the fact that it was the middle of spring, the well-known city was all covered in snow. Jim Carrey who plays four characters (Ebenezer Scrooge, the Ghost of Past Christmas, the Ghost of Present Christmas and the Ghost of Future Christmas) wore his best smile and as usual, joked around though the entire presentation.

The story of Charles Dickens is known for giving a clear lesson: the stingy Scrooge is taken by the Christmas ghosts on a journey through the past, present and future in order to show him why people hate him and how, with a different attitude, he can change what other people think about him. The official premiere of the 10th film adaptation of A Christmas Carol is November 6. This time the director is Robert Zemeckis (the same of Beowulf and Polar Express).

The film is produced by Disney and will also be distributed in 3D mode. Besides the renowned Jim Carrey, great artists such as Gary Oldman, Robin Wright Penn, Colin Firth, Cary Elwes and Bob Hoskins promise a new and exciting version. We will have to be patient and wait till Christmas!
